This Refund Policy applies to the AI Business Audit service (the "Assessment", ₹999 one-time) offered by SmartWebsite4u through aiaudit.smartwebsite4u.com.
If, during your 45-minute audit, we cannot identify at least 5 hours per week of realistic opportunity where AI could help your business, you get a full refund of ₹999. Your only risk is 45 minutes of your time.
1. When you are eligible for a refund
- Guarantee not met: You completed the 45-minute audit and we were unable to identify at least 5 hours per week of AI opportunity for your business.
- Service not delivered: You paid but we were unable to conduct your audit for reasons on our side (for example, we could not offer you a suitable time).
- Duplicate/accidental payment: You were charged more than once for the same booking.
2. How to request a refund
Email arunjerome@smartwebsite4u.com or message us on WhatsApp (+91 96544 49979) within 7 days of your audit, using the same name/email used for payment. A short note on why is appreciated but not required for guarantee claims.
3. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Razorpay. Refunds are typically initiated within 2–3 business days of approval and may take a further 5–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
4. What is not refundable
- Requests made after the guarantee has been met — i.e., we delivered your audit and identified at least 5 hours per week of AI opportunity.
- Missed calls or no-shows where you did not attend the scheduled audit and did not reschedule in advance. (See rescheduling below — we're reasonable about genuine conflicts.)
- Any optional "Done-With-You" or implementation work, which is quoted and governed separately.
5. Rescheduling & cancellations
Need to move your call? Just let us know before your scheduled slot via email or WhatsApp and we'll happily reschedule at no charge. If you decide not to proceed before your audit takes place, contact us and we'll arrange a refund.
