These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of aiaudit.smartwebsite4u.com (the "Site") and the AI Business Audit service (the "Service") provided by SmartWebsite4u ("we", "us", "our"). By booking or paying for the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
The AI Business Audit is a 45-minute consultation in which we interview you about your business, identify where AI could save you time, and provide a custom report that includes prescribed off-the-shelf AI tools, an effort × impact matrix, and a 4-day quick-start plan. The Service is advisory: we recommend existing third-party tools; we do not build custom software as part of the ₹999 Assessment.
2. Fees & payment
The Assessment is priced at ₹999 (one-time) unless otherwise stated. Payment is collected securely through Razorpay before your call is scheduled. After successful payment you will be directed to book a time slot for your audit.
3. Bookings
Time slots are subject to availability. Please provide accurate contact details so we can reach you at the scheduled time. If you need to reschedule, contact us before your slot and we'll arrange a new time at no charge.
4. Our guarantee & refunds
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee: if we cannot identify at least 5 hours per week of realistic AI opportunity during your audit, you receive a full refund. Full details and the process are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide honest, reasonably complete information about your business during the audit, so our recommendations are useful.
- Attend your scheduled call, or reschedule in advance.
- Independently evaluate any tool we recommend before adopting it, including its pricing, terms, and suitability for your business.
6. No guarantee of results
Our recommendations are provided in good faith based on the information you share and our experience. Beyond the specific money-back guarantee described above, we do not guarantee any particular financial result, time saving, or business outcome, as these depend on how you implement the recommendations and on factors outside our control.
7. Third-party tools
The Service recommends tools and services operated by third parties. We are not responsible for those tools, their availability, pricing, performance, or their handling of your data. Your use of any third-party tool is governed by that provider's own terms and policies.
8. Intellectual property
The custom report we deliver is provided for your own business use. All Site content, branding, and materials remain the property of SmartWebsite4u and may not be copied or resold without permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for it (₹999). We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
